The 4th TCI Chinese Gourmet Festival Banquet was successfully held


On the evening of Thursday, October 18, 2018, The 4th TCI Chinese Gourmet Festival Banquet,

hosted by the Confucius Institute at Griffith University, Co-hosted by the Queensland Chinese Federation and China Huaiyang Cuisine Group,

 invested by Lannister Group,was held suceddfullly.

 

The dinner has not only received an enthusiastic responses from many Australian residents and Chinese but also the Chinese and Australian officials have given great attention.

James Wu, founder and marketing director of Niss Group, and Zac Caudo, president of the group,

were invited to attend the dinner and shared some tips and secrets of dining with the guests.

 

In addition to the Huaiyang cuisine and the South Australian wines, the guests were able to observe the food carving performances 

and the elegant traditional folk music performance organized by the Confucius Institute.

Zac, President of Lannister Group and Liu Chaojie, Chinese Dean of the Confucius Institute at Griffith University,

presented the Lannister 3L special collection to the Gold Coast Mayor Tom Tate and the Chinese Deputy Consul General in Brisbane Chen Li 

to acknowledge their outstanding contributions to the cultural exchanges between China and Australia.
